Formerly the Leadership Speakers Series, Voices of Leadership is a three-part series presented by Leadership Harrisburg Area and powered by PNC. This year’s series will focus on The Silver Tsunami. Did you know that 25% of the U.S. workforce will be 55 years or older by 2030? This presents many new challenges. For companies, specifically, baby boomers exiting the workforce are taking the knowledge, skills, and experience built up over decades with them. Only 23% of senior level executives surveyed feel that their organization is prepared for their succession.
