Central PA Virtual Volunteer Recruiting Fair
A Virtual Event

According to Fidelity Charitable, two out of three volunteers decreased their time or stopped volunteering all together during the pandemic.  For non profit organizations that depend on volunteer support, the impacts have been devastating. The lack of volunteers has resulted in lack of services, in some cases, and over-burdened staff in other cases. One thing is for certain, volunteers are needed now more than ever before. If you are ready to get back into community service, or if you are just eager to learn what opportunities exist at this point, please attend the first ever Central PA Volunteer Recruitment Fair hosted by Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Class of 2021.

This is an all virtual event with over 40 non profit organizations represented. Volunteers can visit the organizations in “breakout rooms” on zoom and learn more about the needs of the organization and the volunteer opportunities available. Two different timeframes are available to accommodate busy schedules. Advanced registration is required.
