david_campbell__robert_weedThe Executive Leadership Series, ELS, is geared towards men and women in both the for-profit and non-profit sector who want to become better acquainted with the people, places, issues and opportunities in the Capital Region.

The wheels of commerce and the paths of the community often converge in today’s fast-paced world. The Capital Region has grown and changed dramatically in the past decade. Senior executives need to fully understand the region’s activities, events and resources as they are today. ELS gives executives this dynamic perspective and understanding of our region in a series of five fast-paced and interactive sessions. Each session brings participants closer to the inner-workings of our community and the region’s “movers and shakers”. Roundtable discussions, exciting venues and hands-on activities add value by generating focused interaction.

  • "New to Central Pennsylvania, I found the ELS program an invaluable experience that quickly oriented me to the greater Harrisburg community."
    William E. Harner, Ph.D.
    Superintendent
    Cumberland Valley School District

Leadership Harrisburg Area invites individuals to learn more about Central PA and the importance of actively serving the community. We invite corporations to invest in their workforces by sending an employee through this program and yielding a stronger, more skilled, experienced, and networked employee as a result. We invite community groups and non-profit organizations to send representatives through this program so that they can connect with the people and programs that will support their missions.
