Community Leadership Series (CLS) is a nine-month program runs from September to May and is designed to acquaint business and non-profit professionals with the Harrisburg area. Each full-day session features a skills focus designed to impart valuable board and leadership proficiencies that can be utilized both in the community and workplace. Team projects offer an opportunity for participants to apply their skills and knowledge to assist local non-profits.
Executive Leadership Series (ELS) is a five session comprehensive exploration of the Capital Region geared toward senior managers and executives. Participants gain instant networks, increased awareness of Harrisburg area, and exclusive dialog with community leaders.
Leadership Luncheon Series, started in 2002, features speakers and panels addressing timely leadership issues. Luncheons are held quarterly and open to the public.
The Non-Profit Conference is an annual, intensive, one-day training seminar for non-profit staff, board and volunteers. This popular event features professional trainers and community leaders with topics tailored to meet the needs of all sized non-profits.
