Leadership Harrisburg Area offers five training programs for audiences from high school students to business executives. Each program provides unique content while sharing these common denominators:
- Focus on the issues, challenges, needs, opportunities, leaders, and systems at play in the Capital Region
- Networking opportunities with a broad representation of local businesses and organizations
- Development of new skill sets and enhancement of existing skills
- Application and experience in service to non profit organizations and community projects
- Overview and demonstration of the principles of Servant Leadership
These five programs are offered annually and partnership opportunities for specialized projects are welcomed.
